Sheffield RC Racing is the largest indoor RC racing club in the Sheffield area, offering high-quality facilities and a welcoming community for racers of all abilities. Formed in December 2017 following the merger of Swifts Raceway and South Yorkshire Raceway, the club combines experience, passion, and a commitment to growing RC racing locally. Our goal is simple: to provide the best possible indoor racing experience in the region, whether you're a seasoned competitor or completely new to the hobby. Our Venues Killamarsh Active Our premier venue focuses on 1/10 Touring Car racing, delivering a fast, technical layout suitable for competitive drivers. The track is built using four rolls of Lindau carpet, creating a large 30m x 14m racing surface. White downpipe barriers define the circuit, with regularly updated layouts to keep racing fresh and challenging across all indoor on-road classes. Eckington Civic Centre Our Monday night club meetings are designed to be relaxed, friendly, and beginner-focused. This venue is ideal for those new to RC racing or looking for close, enjoyable competition without the pressure of higher-level events. The track uses five Prima Felt carpets to create a 20m x 10m layout, also bordered with white downpipe, and supports a range of budget-friendly classes. Why Race With Us?
