The season finale and 6th round of the 2026 season was held at the premier Halifax circuit on the weekend of the 19th/20th September. . The forecast was rain Saturday morning but then to dry out with some sun thereafter. There were still places to be decided in the various championships.
Sunday morning’s drivers briefing was followed by a short practice period for those drivers unable to attend on the Saturday. It was then straight into four rounds of qualifying !
After 4 rounds of qualifying the positions were as follows :

Finals:
B Final 220mm GT
Bob Harley set out in front before retiring with mechanical issues. Thereafter Adam took control winning by 4 laps. However second was nip and tuck between James and Mark with only 1 second separating them at the finish.

TQ Mark Green took the first two legs to secure the win. Alfie took second in all three legs with Lee winning the last leg to clinch the final podium place.

TQ and multi National Champion Alex led from start to finish finishing 6 laps ahead of the field. The battle for second became closer as the race progressed with Jen slowly closing in on Ollie. However a rare mistake by Jen relieved the pressure allowing Ollie to come home 13 seconds ahead ,with Jen completing the podium.

A Final 220mm GT
TQ Glyn Beal surprisingly struggled with tyres in the final so came off to change them. This allowed Matt, Daniel and Mark to fight for the lead before Matt stripped a gear. Thereafter it was a straight fight between Mark and Daniel for the win with the result also influential in deciding the final championship positions. In the end Daniel just took the win by less than. 2 seconds ! 8th qualifier Dev had a trouble free race and moved up to third to complete the podium.
