2WD Buggy

The 2WD Buggy class set the tone for the day with incredibly close competition from qualifying through to the finals. Andy Blackburn showed blistering pace in qualifying, putting his Elcon Traxx 2.0 on pole after securing Top Qualifier honours.

When it came to the finals, however, Oliver Whittleston had other ideas. Driving his Traxx 3.0 with confidence and consistency, Oliver produced a superb performance to take the overall victory after some intense racing at the front of the field.

Blackburn couldn't quite convert his qualifying speed into the win but drove another excellent race to secure second place, while Mark Higgins completed the podium with a composed and consistent drive in his Traxx 2.0.
