Overview
Last year the LMP12 Nationals saw sell out events with the host clubs adding a support heat as a treat for local drivers (Mostly LMGT3). The 2026/27 season’s venues and dates are now locked and loaded! Early booking in is recommended and entries are now open.
UK LMP12 is the darling of the European scene. The British team were strong at the ’26 Euros held in Scilily. 4 UK drivers made the A Stock with Ollie Payne, Andrea Torregiani and Andy Murray placing 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively with Morgan Williams in 8th. We celebrate Andrea Torrigiani as European Junior Stock Champion.
Classes & Notes
The LMP12 class for the 2026/7 season will be 13.5 Stock. As before we will run on an open basis, so no separated formula finals; finals will be inclusively run A-Z based on qualifying.
Drivers will be assigned formulas based upon ratings at the start of the season, subject to scrutiny by the 1/12 section committee. Drivers with ratings near the break point will have the opportunity to choose their formula. Formulas will be announced before the start of the season.
13.5 Stock class will use zero-timing (blinky) speed controllers and motors and batteries from the BRCA Equipment Recognition Board lists current at the date of each event.
Entry.
Drivers may only enter for 1 class per event. If the host club opens a support heat you may only race in one class on the day.
Please note that pure RC4 transponders (AMB Percy and Pro) should not be used at these events.
