
- Drivers booking from 7am at race control
- When booking please ensure you have the correct transponder number assigned to you, as this will ensure no confusion for the time keeper
- Drivers briefing 7:45am on the track in front of the rostrum,
- Practice will start just after 8am and aim to finish 2 rounds of 3 mins by 10am
- Qualifying will start fairly immediately after practice, so heat 12 need not go back to pits
- We aim to finish qualifying by around 4pm with a short 10 min break before finals
- Presentation of top juniors and formula grades will be down within the 10 minute gap
- We will start with the L and K finals, with then the first of the A leg final, leg 2 will be in between the G and F.
- Getting the meeting running to a good pace is important to the organisers and we will push things sooner if allows

Camping is also available for the weekend charged at £5pn. We do provide power for charging only which is charged at £1 per day.
When you pitch your tent, caravan ext can you please camp around the outer perimeter near the hedge please.
Water is also available from the stand pipe that is on the toilet building. There is also a chemical toilet disposal point on the right of that same building too. Can you please make sure you clean up after yourself when using these facilities.
Bin bags are available in the barn and in race control. Please leave them in the skip provided.
Can all generators be turned off at 22:30.

Please ensure you have dogs on leads as well please.
Please be extra cautious with any BB coals and don't leave them near the hedges.
Failed LiPo inform the venue team and they will be disposed of.
The club operates a strict no illegal substances of any kind.
